Welcome to the eugene life

I’ve been a full-time Oregon Realtor for more than 10 years, helping buyers and sellers throughout the state of Oregon. I live in Creswell and my office is in Eugene, with the majority of my real estate business taking place in Lane and Douglas counties. I’ve also represented clients in communities throughout Oregon and am happy to travel when I feel I can properly serve someone and bring value to their transaction.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients buying and selling a wide variety of real estate—from first homes and longtime family homes to investment properties, rural acreage, and some truly unique properties. I’m a solo real estate agent and have intentionally kept my business that way. The people I work with work directly with me throughout the entire process rather than being passed along to another agent or team member.

I’m a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club of Lane County and have consistently been a top-producing agent, but what I’m most proud of is how my business has grown. I’ve never built my business by purchasing leads. Instead, it has grown through repeat clients, referrals, and people who know me recommending me to their friends and family. I’ve always wanted to build a real estate business based on relationships and reputation rather than simply the number of transactions I close.

Before real estate, I spent many years working in the nonprofit sector serving youth and families. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Family and Human Services and a minor in Special Education. In a lot of ways, I see real estate as a different way of continuing that work of serving people and families.

I’ve never viewed my job as selling someone a house. My role is to help people understand their options, advocate for them, and help them make decisions they’ll be happy with long after the transaction is over. I want every client to have an experience that makes them want to work with me again and feel comfortable referring me to the people they care about.

My family and I call Creswell home, and Lane County is a big part of our lives. Outside of real estate, I spend a lot of time coaching my two kids’ sports teams, and as a family we love experiencing everything our area has to offer. We enjoy trying local restaurants, attending community and sporting events, and getting outside to enjoy the rivers, lakes, trails, mountains, and other outdoor recreation that make living in this part of Oregon so special.

After more than a decade in Oregon real estate, I’m grateful that my business is still centered around the same things that drew me to this work in the first place: people, relationships, community, and helping families make important decisions about the place they call home.
